By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Adapture.ai provides services through its standalone platform/website and plugins or add-ons integrated with various third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Figma, Canva, and Photoshop. Our services enable users to adapt their content into multiple languages and formats while maintaining contextual and design integrity.

Adapture.ai is currently in its public alpha phase, with access limited to approved users. Features may be limited or subject to change without prior notice. These Terms apply to all users of the standalone platform and any plugins or add-ons provided by Adapture.ai during the alpha, beta, and full launch phases.

2. Use of the Platform

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• Account Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials for Adapture.ai and any integrated Third-Party Services.
• Third-Party Service Dependency: When using Adapture.ai plugins or add-ons, you must have an active account for the relevant Third-Party Service and comply with their terms and policies. Adapture.ai’s performance may depend on the availability and functionality of these services. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by Third-Party Services, including changes to their APIs or terms of service.
• Alpha/Beta Phase Scope and Limitations: The alpha and beta phases of Adapture.ai are intended for testing and feedback purposes. Users acknowledge and accept the following:
Features and functionality may be incomplete, experimental, or unstable.
Downtime or disruptions to the service may occur without prior notice.
Data processed during the alpha and beta phases may be temporarily stored or deleted as per the Privacy Policy.
Feedback provided during the alpha and beta phases may be used to improve the platform without obligation to implement specific suggestions.
• Post-Alpha/Beta Transition: Users will be notified of changes to their account, access, or terms as Adapture.ai transitions to its full launch. Any updates to pricing, terms, or features will be communicated before implementation.

3. Feedback and User Obligations

• Providing Feedback: As part of the alpha and beta phases, Adapture.ai will actively seek feedback from users. By participating, you agree to be contacted via email or other communication methods for feedback purposes, including surveys, interviews, or follow-up questions regarding your experience.
• Voluntary Participation: While providing feedback is voluntary, it is strongly encouraged to improve the platform. Feedback should be constructive, honest, and provided in good faith.
• Use of Feedback: Feedback provided during the alpha and beta phases may be anonymized and used for product improvement, research, or marketing purposes. Adapture.ai will not attribute feedback to specific users without prior consent.

• Adapture.ai IP: Adapture.ai retains all intellectual property rights to its platform, software, algorithms, and trademarks.
• User Content: Users retain ownership of their content. By using Adapture.ai, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your content solely for providing the service. Adapture.ai does not claim ownership of any content adapted through its platform or plugins.
• Third-Party IP: Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with the intellectual property policies of the Third-Party Services they use with Adapture.ai.

• Standalone Platform and Integrations: Adapture.ai’s services are available through its standalone platform and integrations with various Third-Party Services. Functionality may vary depending on the capabilities of the platform or service being used.
• Service Disruption: Adapture.ai’s performance may be affected by changes, updates, or downtime in Third-Party Services. Adapture.ai is not responsible for disruptions caused by Third-Party Services, including changes to their APIs, pricing, or terms.

• Users will be notified of any pricing changes or subscription plans during the transition to full launch. Payment terms, including refunds (if applicable), will be outlined at the time of purchase.
• Payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Experimental Phase Disclaimer: Users acknowledge that Adapture.ai is in an experimental alpha/beta phase and may contain errors, bugs, or other issues. Adapture.ai disclaims liability for any damages, including data loss or content inaccuracies, arising from use during these phases.
• Third-Party Dependencies: Adapture.ai is not liable for issues resulting from changes or disruptions in Third-Party Services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Singapore. For users outside Singapore, international disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in compliance with applicable laws.
